Introduction to Conspiracy Investigations

Conspiracies involving the activities of a complex criminal organization with numerous individuals and a variety of crimes are inherently difficult to investigate and successfully prosecute. This course is designed to provide an overview of the basic information needed to ensure prosecution.
Course Objectives
At the conclusion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- "Map" a complex conspiracy investigation effort from the start to ensure prosecution and a conviction.
- Efficiently and effectively use records created by communications devices.
- Write an effective prosecutive summary.
Target Audience: Active military, active law enforcement, and criminal justice professionals
