People who do drugs often say it makes them feel better and they get high. Did
you know there are ways to achieve a similar feeling without chemicals?
The saying goes, laughter is the best medicine and there's truth to it. Laughter
is a natural high, says Matt Bellace, PhD. He's also a comedian and he will
share is message as part of Peers Influence Peers XV: Natural Highs.
During this hour-long broadcast produced entirely by teens, see how running
keeps one man in recovery on the right road. Also, see how other activities help
people achieve a natural high. We'll go above the earth and below the surface of
the oceans so you can see what helps make people feel alive.
