The provided template is a small executable file that will allow you to print names to the certificates that are now being sent out to training sites. To use the application, please use the following steps.
- Photo copy one or two of the provided certificates as practice sheets and use those until you are sure how the actual certificates feed through your particular office printer.
- Click on the file "CertificateMCTFT.zip" to obtain the certificate name printing application.
- When the file opens in a new window, click on "Open".
- A new window will open. Double Click on the file titled "CertificateMCTFT.exe". This will run the certificate name printing application.
- Click "Run" when it appears on your screen. A certificate template will appear on your screen. Note: The certificate template background does not print. It is simply there as a visual reference as you type in the name of your students.
- Type in the student's name in the "(Student Name)" space provided.
- Select "Print Certificate".
- Once the certificate has printed, enter the next name and select "Print Certificate".
