This course is designed to meet the need of educating officers in an effort
to make law enforcement more successful as a whole when encountering and
searching contraband-laden vehicles. This training will give the officer the
edge when conducting vehicle searches.
Course
Objectives :
- Determine what changes smugglers have made after 9/11, and why.
- Learn how smugglers beat drug-sniffing K-9s.
- Learn how smugglers defeat
density detection equipment.
- Learn how drug smugglers beat x-ray equipment.
